Data Deletion Instructions (for Meta / Facebook / Instagram users)

If you have interacted with the Zanas chatbot or DinoTech Ai virtual assistant via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Messaging, and would like to request deletion of your personal data (such as message history or user identifiers), please follow these steps:

Send an email to: marketing@stargroup.al
Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
In the body of the email, include:

Your full name
Your Facebook or Instagram User ID, or a screenshot of the conversation
The phrase: “I am requesting deletion of my personal data under the applicable policy.”

Upon receiving your request, we will:

Confirm your identity (if needed)
Delete all chatbot message history and related identifiers from our systems
Respond within 10 days to confirm data deletion

We take your privacy seriously and handle all requests in compliance with Meta’s Platform Terms and our internal privacy procedures.
