These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zanas website, related mobile platforms, and the DinoTech Ai chatbot assistant available via Facebook Messenger and Instagram Messaging, developed for Yamamay Montenegro and Carpisa Montenegro (collectively, “Services”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.


1. Acceptance

By accessing the Zanas website or interacting with the DinoTech Ai chatbot, you agree to:

  • Comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy
  • Be at least 16 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
  • Use our services only for lawful and personal purposes

2. Registration

Some Zanas features may require you to register for an account (“Account”). When doing so:

  • You must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your Account
  • You must keep your login credentials confidential

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account at our discretion if violations occur.


3. Use of Services

You agree not to use the Services:

  • For any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • To infringe on the rights of others
  • To upload or send offensive, explicit, or misleading content
  • To interfere with the functionality or security of our systems

Misuse may result in restricted access, removal of content, or legal action.


4. Orders and Transactions (Zanas)

When placing an order via https://zanas.shop:

  • You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
  • Prices and product availability are subject to change
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors or suspected fraud

5. DinoTech Ai Chatbot

Our chatbot provides automated responses and product suggestions for Yamamay and Carpisa via Meta platforms.

The chatbot:

  • Responds to messages and image uploads
  • Returns relevant product information and shopping links from Zanas
  • Does not handle orders or payments directly
  • Stores messages temporarily (up to 5 days) for functionality purposes

All chatbot interactions are governed by our Privacy Policy.


6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, including:

  • What data we collect (e.g., messages, order info, device metadata)
  • Why we collect it (e.g., support, product matching, fraud prevention)
  • How we secure and store data
  • How you can access or delete your data

7. Intellectual Property

All content — including brand names, product images, website design, chatbot functionality, and system logic — is owned or licensed by Zanas and DinoTech Ai.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any of our content without written permission.


8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any part of our Services if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We detect unauthorized or suspicious activity
  • You misuse the chatbot or store platform in any way

In such cases, we may delete your data or block further access as needed.


9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. All updates will be published at https://zanas.shop/terms.

Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
